Adverse Events (Side Effects)

Sanofi routinely monitors the safety of all its products. This includes review
of safety information from clinical trials, and the collection of adverse events (side effects) for marketed products. Adverse events should be reported to Sanofi and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

There are three ways in which you can report to Sanofi a suspected adverse event (side effect) of one of our products:

  • You can contact us via phone, which is manned during normal office hours Monday to Friday on 0800 090 231
  • You can fax any documentation to 0800 471 6122
  • You can send an e-mail to uk-drugsafety@sanofi.com

Patients - Please note, we cannot provide medical advice on your symptoms. If you are concerned about your symptoms, or they worsen, you should contact your doctor or healthcare provider.

Information on adverse event reporting to the UK Health Authority (MHRA) can be found at www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard.
